This versatile role blends retail operations, customer service, and general administration within a tight-knit team, offering exposure to stock management, POS transactions, scheduling, research, and partner outreach in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations and office administration preferred.
• Ability to coordinate tasks across small teams and external partners.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications and basic POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pop-up retail space.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist with POS transactions and maintain sales records.
• Coordinate with central retail team on stock, sales, and ops needs.
• Ensure the space is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support retail activations, product launches, and promotions.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, documenting reports.
• Conduct market research on potential partners and events.
• Prepare basic documents and reports.
• Provide flexible administrative support to Dubai team projects.
