Mira Construction is seeking a highly experienced Planning Manager in Dubai to lead planning strategy for iconic residential and luxury real estate developments. You will oversee scheduling, governance, and risk management while guiding planning teams and reporting to senior leadership.

Typically 6 days work per week with executive collaboration and a focus on delivering ambitious timelines in Dubai. Fluency in English and a proven track record in major projects are essential.

Formación

• 10 years of progressive planning and controls experience on major real estate projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity on large-scale residential and luxury developments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic planning leadership across all project phases.
• Lead planning teams and develop talent.
• Own master schedule and drive schedule performance.
• Manage risks and delays with proactive mitigation.
• Governance and performance monitoring.
• Prepare executive reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors.
• Drive continuous improvement.
