Job summary

MIRAL LLC in Dubai is seeking a Planning Manager to own planning, scheduling, and project controls for major construction and luxury real estate developments. You will lead planning teams and work closely with Project Directors to ensure on-time delivery of iconic projects in a dynamic market.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership experience in UAE/GCC, strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a track record of governance and executive reporting.

Qualifications

10+ years in project planning and controls on major developments.
Proven leadership of planning teams and interfacing with C-suite.
Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong experience with EOT claims and delay analysis.
Fluent English professional working proficiency.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and govern overall project planning and control frameworks.
Lead planning engineers and project controls teams.
Own master schedules and resource/cost-loaded plans.
Perform schedule risk analysis and EOT strategy.
Provide executive dashboards and stakeholder updates.
Review contractor programmes for contractual compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
