MIRA Construction L.L.C in Dubai seeks a Planning Manager to lead strategic planning, scheduling, and project controls for major, high-value residential and real estate developments. You will oversee planning strategy across all project phases, manage planning engineers, drive schedule performance, and advise Project Directors.

The role requires 10+ years of experience on large UAE/GCC projects, expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and professional English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive planning and controls experience on major projects in UAE/GCC.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Proven leadership with C-suite exposure.

• Strategic Planning Leadership: Define, implement planning and control frameworks across major developments.
• Team Management & Development: Lead planning engineers and project controls professionals.
• Master Schedule Ownership: Develop and manage baseline and integrated master schedules.
• Risk & Delay Management: Conduct schedule risk analysis and EOT strategy planning.
• Governance & Performance Monitoring: Challenge baselines and ensure accountability.
• Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment: Prepare dashboards for senior leadership.
• Contractor & Subcontractor Oversight: Review and approve contractor programmes.
