Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Planning Manager to lead integrated master scheduling for large residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai. You will establish baselines, monitor progress and drive mitigation actions across design, procurement and construction phases.

The role requires a decade of planning experience, a construction or civil engineering degree, and strong leadership to manage planning teams and ensure alignment with contractual objectives. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management and/or civil engineering.
• Membership/chartership with a construction-related professional body is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in planning and scheduling with a strong project track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and control of integrated master schedules.
• Establish baselines for design, procurement, construction, testing and handover.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and recommend mitigations.
• Review contractors' and consultants' programmes for compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Implement project controls, including EVM and forecasting.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support EOT evaluations, schedule impact assessments and change control.
• Develop planning procedures, templates and governance across the programme.
• Lead and mentor planning teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
