Job summary

Octave is seeking an Account Development Representative in Dubai to drive pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic engagement with potential customers. You will qualify leads, host introductory calls, and coordinate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.

You will work within a hybrid team, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to manage contacts, track progress, and optimize outreach across industries in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to build relationships with prospects and schedule next steps.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails and social touches to qualify leads.
• Host introductory calls to identify needs and determine next steps.
• Meet SAL quotas as defined in compensation plan.
• Develop social and email outreach to increase engagement and meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to target priority accounts.
