Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Dubai seeks a Field Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing across the MEA region, translating global campaigns into locally relevant programs that build pipeline and raise brand visibility.

The role collaborates with sales, digital marketing, partner marketing and regional leadership to plan ABM programs, manage budgets, events, and partner co-marketing, including Arabic-language content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field/region marketing for MEA.
• Background in financial services, fintech, enterprise software, or payments technology.
• Proven track record of events and campaigns generating measurable pipeline.
• Experience managing partner co-marketing budgets.
• Strong project management skills, including multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing, product marketing, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the MEA field marketing plan and translate global strategies into local programs.
• Plan and execute ABM programs targeting banks, fintechs, and large merchants in MEA.
• Manage MEA events calendar: conferences, roundtables, client forums.
• Localize paid media, email, and web campaigns including Arabic content.
• Develop post-event and campaign lead follow-up with inside sales and SDRs.
• Co-develop partner marketing programs and co-branded campaigns.
• Coordinate with global partner marketing to align with GTM strategy.
• Support partner-led demand generation with regional priorities.
• Champion ACI Worldwide position and seek speaking opportunities and media placements.
• Build regional content angles connecting messaging to market priorities.
• Serve as marketing partner to MEA sales leadership; attend pipeline reviews.
• Track and report ROI, pipeline, and event performance; manage budget.
• Maintain project plans and stakeholder communications across campaigns, events, and partners.
