Job summary

iFly Tourism in Dubai seeks an Outbound Sales Specialist to promote travel packages and convert leads into bookings. You will conduct outbound calls and emails, qualify prospects, present tailored solutions, and follow up to close deals, while maintaining CRM accuracy and collaborating with operations and service teams.

You will meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, provide client support, address inquiries, and contribute market feedback to refine offerings in a fast-paced travel

Qualifications

• Must have proven outbound sales and closing capabilities.
• Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of outbound sales techniques in travel or hospitality.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency required.
• On-site work in Dubai, UAE in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in tourism/travel agencies or related services is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
