Job summary

Bisdesk is seeking an Operations Executive – CSP in Dubai to manage end-to-end client requirements in UAE company formation, government services, immigration, and corporate support. You will navigate UAE portals and regulatory procedures to ensure accurate processing.

The role requires strong UAE regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication to handle VIP clients, renewals, visas, and documentation while maintaining WPS compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate services or related field.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of UAE company formation, corporate services, visa processing, WPS compliance, and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions through MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and other government portals.
• Handle Mainland and Free Zone company formation, trade license issuance, renewals, amendments, and corporate structuring.
• Process employment visas, dependent residency applications, Golden Visa services, and VIP client requirements.
• Administer payroll while ensuring compliance with the UAE Wages Protection System (WPS)
• Coordinate with DED, Ministry of Education, Dubai Municipality, RTA, and other authorities for approvals.
• Manage document attestation, equivalency certificates, qualification attestations, and corporate document legalization.
• Assist clients with corporate bank account opening, business development, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
