Job summary

Infopro Learning in the UAE seeks an HSE Trainer to deliver a 40+ module safety program across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with travel between sites. This full-time, on-site role focuses on changing behavior through engaging classroom, practical and on-site sessions.

Candidates should hold an Engineering or Science degree, NEBOSH IGC, 5–15 years’ experience in manufacturing or maintenance, and strong English. UAE driving licence and eligibility to work in UAE required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety qualification.
• 5–15 years in manufacturing ops or maintenance with safety training experience.
• Experience in aluminium, steel, oil & gas or petrochemicals environments.
• Proven experience training adults on shop-floor.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid UAE driving licence and eligibility to work in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 40+ safety modules in classroom, practical and on-site settings.
• Induct learners to client tools and attain sign-off within the set timeframe.
• Adapt delivery to mixed audiences with varying levels of English and literacy.
• Use real scenarios and demonstrations to build hazard awareness and safe decision-making.
• Coach learners to challenge unsafe acts, stop-work, and near-miss reporting.
• Reinforce learning with toolbox talks and on-site observations.
• Maintain attendance, assessment and LMS records accurately.
• Ensure training meets UAE federal requirements and ADOSH-SF where applicable.
• Support Emiratisation by training UAE National employees.
