Job summary

Infopro Learning is seeking a Management Trainer to join onsite in Dubai, delivering management, business administration, and professional development training to adult learners as part of a large regional program.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), a recognized teaching qualification, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to teach face-to-face, online, and blended formats. Onsite work in Dubai and police clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Recognized training/teaching qualification such as CIPD Level 3+, Train the Trainer, PGCE, or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience delivering management, business administration, or professional skills training to adults.
• Experience delivering accredited programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning resources aligned with curricula across face-to-face, online, and blended formats.
• Deliver Management, Business Administration, Workplace Skills, and Professional Development training with real-world examples and hands-on activities.
• Apply differentiated instruction to meet learners at different levels within the same group.
• Customise materials for adult learners from various occupational backgrounds for workplace transition.
• Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, mark results, and provide timely feedback.
• Prepare learner performance reports and maintain records for reviews and accreditation.
