Qualifications

• Customise materials for adult learners from various occupational backgrounds for workplace transition.
• Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, mark results, and provide timely feedback.
• Prepare learner performance reports and maintain records for reviews and accreditation.

Are you passionate about building management and business talent through hands-on, real-world training? We're looking for a Management Trainer to join our team onsite in Dubai, supporting a large-scale training program for one of Infopro Learning's top clients in the region.

As part of this engagement, you will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning resources aligned with approved curricula and programme outcomes, across face-to-face, online, and blended formats.

• Deliver Management, Business Administration, Workplace Skills, and Professional Development training, using workplace examples, case studies, and hands-on activities to reinforce learning.

• Apply differentiated instruction, adapting pacing, task complexity, and support to meet the needs of learners at different levels within the same group.

• Customise materials and activities for adult learners from a range of occupational backgrounds, supporting their transition from classroom to workplace-based training.

• Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, mark results, and provide timely, constructive feedback.

• Prepare learner performance reports and maintain accurate records to support programme reviews, audits, and accreditation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Master's preferred.

• A recognized training or teaching qualification, such as CIPD Level 3 or above in Learning & Development, a Train the Trainer certificate, PGCE, or equivalent.

• 5+ years' experience delivering management, business administration, or professional skills training to adults, ideally in an industrial, technical, or corporate setting.

• Experience delivering accredited programmes is a plus.

• Strong skills in lesson planning, materials development, and differentiated instruction for mixed-level groups.

• Experience with formative and summative assessment, including marking, feedback, and performance reporting.

• Comfort delivering face-to-face, online, and blended training sessions.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Dubai.

• A clean police clearance certificate is a condition of hire.
