Job summary

Infopro Learning in Dubai is seeking a Math & Science Teacher to join onsite, supporting a large-scale training program for regional clients. You will help national trainees build foundational knowledge to succeed in technical training and work safely in industrial environments.

You will prepare lessons, develop materials, and assess learners. The role requires a Master's degree, PGCE or equivalent, 7+ years of teaching, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Science (Physics or Chemistry), or related discipline.
• A recognized teaching or training qualification, such as a PGCE, teaching diploma, or equivalent.
• 7+ years' teaching experience at high school level or equivalent, including teaching Mathematics and/or Science.
• Experience teaching in a vocational, technical, or industrial training environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work onsite.
• A clean police clearance certificate is a condition of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver structured Mathematics and Science lessons aligned with curricula and national trainee programme requirements, across classroom, practical/laboratory, and blended formats.
• Develop teaching aids, worksheets, and digital resources, including applied materials built around real plant calculations, measurements, and scientific principles used in operations and maintenance.
• Apply differentiated instruction, adapting pacing, task complexity, and support for learners at different levels and from different occupational areas within the same group.
• Conduct placement, diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, mark results, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Identify learners who need extra support and provide coaching, remedial materials, and targeted learning support.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate learner records to support programme reviews, audits, and accreditation.
• Support national workforce development (Emiratization) goals through the training of national employees.
