Job summary

Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist in Dubai, UAE, to manage logistics for in-person events. The candidate will be based in Dubai and will oversee setup, coordination with partners, staffing, and guest experience at live events.

Responsibilities include event preparation, on-site leadership, post-event breakdown, and problem-solving to ensure a standout customer experience. Flexibility for nights/weekends and travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• Contract-per-event per-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event details, shipping materials, and staffing for each event.
• Be the day-of onsite hands-on coordinator.
• Set up, align with the onsite team, tear down, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Represent Visit.org and lead problem-solving at events.
• Manage check-in and welcome guests, handle issues, and provide updates to the Events Team.
