You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and networks, conduct initial screenings and interviews, and onboard new agents. A robust pipeline and clear understanding of commission structures are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proven ability to recruit commission-based property consultants/real estate agents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent sourcing and networking ability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard experienced Real Estate Agents on a commission basis.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and personal networks.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate sales candidates.
• Target agents with existing Dubai real estate experience.
• Explain the company's commission structure, requirements and benefits to candidates.
• Coordinate joining, documentation and onboarding.
• Continuously build a database of active and experienced real estate agents.
