Job summary

ABRA Group in Dubai is seeking an on-site Sales Manager to lead and grow revenue for off-plan real estate projects. You will coach a sales team, build relationships with channel partners, and coordinate with marketing and development teams to communicate project value propositions.

You will monitor market trends, prepare forecasts, manage the sales pipeline, and support contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales management, preferably off-plan or property development.
• Strong leadership, team management, and performance coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations for off-plan real estate projects, leading and coaching a team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners, coordinating with marketing and development teams.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and optimize the sales pipeline to maintain strong performance.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
