Job summary

Viona Properties LLC is seeking motivated Off-Plan Real Estate Consultants in Dubai. This full-time, commission-based role offers daily fresh leads, robust marketing support, and admin assistance to close deals in Dubai's dynamic property market.

You will promote off-plan properties, manage client relationships, and present projects to drive sales targets. Dubai/UAE-based candidates are preferred, with a strong focus on results and market knowledge.

Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of Dubai/UAE real estate market and off-plan projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell off-plan properties across Dubai.
Handle company-provided leads and develop new client relationships.
Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and project briefings.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, market trends, and Dubai real estate regulations.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
