Qualifications

• 1+ year of Dubai real estate experience required.
• Off-plan sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Client-focused, professional presentation; results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Specialise in off-plan property sales across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and clients.
• Follow up with fresh leads and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay updated on new launches and projects.
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to closing.
• Consistently work towards and achieve individual sales targets.
