Hailey Properties L.L.C. in Dubai is expanding its sales team and seeks ambitious Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join on-site. You will generate leads, present off-plan projects, and close transactions with investors and buyers.

The role combines client meetings, property viewings, and CRM management in a fast-paced Dubai market. We offer competitive compensation with a strong commission structure, visa support, training, and access to leading UAE developers.

Competenze

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Previous UAE real estate sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai off-plan property market and leading developers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency required; Hindi, Russian, French, or Arabic is advantageous.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Mansioni

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into property sales.
• Present off-plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and developer presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and prospective buyers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and client follow-ups.
