Job summary

Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, seeks a results-driven Off Plan Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience. The role focuses on Dubai's off-plan market, converting leads into clients and closing property transactions.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of off-plan launches, developers, communities and payment plans, plus a proven sales record. On-site role with company phone, visa support, and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including new launches, developers, communities and payment plans.
Experience selling off-plan residential or commercial properties.
Good understanding of property investment opportunities and current market trends.
Demonstrated sales performance and ability to convert fresh leads into clients.
Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
Valid UAE driving licence.
