Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, seeks a results-driven Off Plan Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience. The role focuses on Dubai's off-plan market, converting leads into clients and closing property transactions.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of off-plan launches, developers, communities and payment plans, plus a proven sales record. On-site role with company phone, visa support, and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including new launches, developers, communities and payment plans.
• Experience selling off-plan residential or commercial properties.
• Good understanding of property investment opportunities and current market trends.
• Demonstrated sales performance and ability to convert fresh leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for a results-driven Off Plan Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and property transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including new launches, developers, communities and payment plans
• Experience selling off-plan residential or commercial properties
• Good understanding of property investment opportunities and current market trends
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert fresh leads into clients
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently
