Waves Investments & Properties L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced Property Consultant – Off-Plan to guide clients through Dubai's off-plan market, lead generation, market research, and sales strategy while ensuring superior client satisfaction.

You will represent prestigious developers, expand the off-plan portfolio, and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence through expert consultations, negotiations, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in UAE off-plan real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of Dubai's off-plan market, developers, and investment trends.
• Familiarity with RERA regulations and legal procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media for branding and lead generation.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on off-plan projects, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective closing.
• Build and maintain developer, investor, and buyer networks for lead generation.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on developments and pricing.
• Negotiate terms and close transactions with developers and clients.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with post-sale support.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and management to align sales efforts.
