Job summary

Raven Consulting in Dubai seeks a motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our team. You will understand clients' financial needs, recommend mortgage solutions, and coordinate with banks through the application and approval process.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in mortgage sales or related fields in the UAE, strong sales and communication skills, and a client-focused approach. Salary ranges from AED 4,500 to 6,000 per month with incentives and visa support.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in mortgage sales or related field in UAE.
• UAE mortgage banking experience preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate mortgage leads and opportunities.
• Explain products, rates, eligibility, and documentation to clients.
• Coordinate with banks for applications and approvals.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, applications and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
