Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, processes and UAE regulations.
• Experience in finance and mortgage lending, with ability to assess income, liabilities and creditworthiness.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with clear communication and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in managing documentation, using CRM or loan origination systems, and maintaining organized records.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with colleagues and partners.
• Prior experience as a mortgage consultant, loan officer, real estate or related financial services role preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional UAE languages are advantageous.
• Relevant diploma or degree in finance, business, economics or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities
