• Documentation & Record Management: File, maintain, and archive records per controls and audit requirements.
• Operational Control & Escalation: Review documents and escalate discrepancies or errors.
• System & Workflow Updates: Maintain records in BPM and other systems to keep data current.
• Risk, Compliance & Audit Support: Adhere to procedures and governance; support audit reviews.
