Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor in Dubai to advise clients on mortgage products from UAE banks, assess eligibility, and guide applicants through the full process from pre-approval to disbursal.

The role requires UAE experience and strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is essential with additional languages a plus. You will work to meet monthly mortgage submission targets in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a similar role.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage products from leading UAE banks and financial institutions.
• Analyze client profiles to determine mortgage eligibility and recommend suitable options.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage process: pre-approval, documentation, application, and final disbursal.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and internal sales teams.
• Ensure complete compliance with UAE banking and Central Bank mortgage regulations.
• Meet monthly targets for mortgage submissions and approvals.
• Stay updated on changes in mortgage policies, interest rates, and property finance guidelines.
