Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced MEP Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC/MEP projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.

You will review BOQs, perform quantity take-offs, handle tender documentation, and coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure competitive costing.

Candidates with at least 2 years in HVAC/MEP estimation, UAE residence visa preferred, immediate joiners preferred; driving licence advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP estimation.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, tendering, RFQs, and costing.
• Experience in reviewing supplier quotations and preparing commercial comparisons.
• Candidates currently in the UAE with a valid residence visa will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred; candidates serving up to a one-month notice period may also apply.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare cost estimates for HVAC/MEP projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.
• Handle tender documentation and support tender submissions.
• Prepare RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors.
• Review vendor quotations and prepare commercial cost comparisons.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive costing.
