Responsibilities

• Content coordination across the property's digital touchpoints.
• Maintain content on in-house digital screens and online channels per brand standards.
• Prepare presentations for weekly marketing meetings and support monthly reporting.
• Coordinate marketing activations with hotel departments and PR.
• Assist with creative campaigns with external agencies and ensure storytelling aligns with brand direction.
• Organise, draft, and manage monthly newsletters and regular blog content.
• Monitor social channels, follow posting schedules, and respond to inquiries in line with guidelines.
