Working across the hotel, restaurants, and spa, the role will help maintain consistent brand communication while coordinating campaigns, digital content, newsletters, agency requirements, and audience engagement across multiple channels.

Content and Collateral Coordination

• Support the coordination, collection, and management of marketing content across the property’s digital touchpoints.
• Manage content displayed through in-house digital screens and online channels, with all materials maintained in accordance with hotel and brand standards.

Marketing Planning and Administration

• Support the preparation of presentations for weekly marketing meetings.
• Assist with monthly marketing reporting and related administrative requirements.
• Coordinate preparations for marketing and public relations activations with relevant hotel departments.
• Help maintain organised communication between marketing stakeholders and operational teams.

Creative Campaign Support

Working closely with appointed Creative and Digital agencies, the Marketing Executive will assist with creative projects and campaign requirements covering the hotel, restaurants, and spa. The role will help coordinate campaign materials and storytelling initiatives designed to build awareness while remaining aligned with the property’s core business objectives and established brand direction.

Communications and Digital Content

• Organise, draft, and manage regular monthly online newsletters.
• Coordinate regular blog content.
• Support the preparation and distribution of EDM campaigns as required.
• Maintain consistency across digital communications and marketing materials.
• Assist with regular audits of advertising, digital touchpoints, and e-commerce platforms to ensure brand consistency.

Social Media and Audience Engagement

• Monitor the hotel’s social media channels as well as channels for its restaurants.
• Follow and maintain established content posting schedules.
• Monitor social media engagement and audience activity.
• Track and respond to direct messages and enquiries in line with established communication requirements.
• Support consistent digital representation of the hotel and its dining venues.
