Job summary

KC Collective in Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a premium dining venue. The role starts around October 2026 and requires delivering outstanding guest experiences while directing front-of-house teams.

You will oversee daily operations, uphold luxury service standards, and work with kitchen, bar, and senior management to ensure flawless service and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in high-end hospitality.
• Strong background in luxury or premium standalone restaurants.
• Dubai/UAE experience is required.
• Pre-opening or new restaurant opening experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Maintain luxury service and hospitality standards.
• Manage floor operations, service flow, and guest experience.
• Build relationships with VIPs and regular guests.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team training.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and senior management.
• Monitor costs, operational efficiency, and KPIs.
• Prepare and develop teams ahead of launch.
