Qualifications

• At least 3 years as Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment.

• Familiar with POS systems and frontline hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food sanitation regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; English fluency required (Arabic a plus).
