The role requires at least 2 years of F&B management experience, a background in premium rooftop venues or high-end bars, and proven P&L and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of F&B management experience, preferably within Dubai/UAE.
• Strong background in premium rooftop venues, lifestyle restaurants, lounges, beach clubs, or high-end bars.
• Strong restaurant and bar operations experience with beverage knowledge.
• Proven experience managing brunches, entertainment, private events, corporate functions, and activations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and commercial performance.
• Manage and develop a high-performing F&B team.
• Oversee brunches, entertainment, private events, corporate functions, and activations.
• Drive revenue through promotions, partnerships, upselling, and activations.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, beverage costs, inventory, and productivity.
• Maintain standards of service, presentation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Culinary, and Events teams to maximise opportunities.
