Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel operations role.
• Strong skills in MS Office and familiarity with POS, PMS, and CRM systems.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily arrivals and departures to plan operational needs.
• Ensure VIP and group arrivals are handled according to standards.
• Act as first point of contact during emergencies supporting guest evacuation.
