Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Bell Service Assistant for Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, a premier four- or five-star property in Dubai. You will provide professional, guest-focused service, handling luggage, deliveries, and communications to ensure memorable stays and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, strong verbal/written communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment. Driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests professionally and ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
• Maintain effective communication with related departments for seamless service.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities and local services for guest guidance.
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery of messages and packages promptly.
• Keep concierge and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
