Job summary

Edari is seeking a Customer Experience Agent in Dubai to join a luxury hospitality client. The role centers on personalised service, discretion and meticulous attention to detail for high-value guests.

You will manage reservations, coordinate exclusive experiences and respond to guest inquiries across channels, ensuring every interaction feels effortless and memorable. This 5-month contract offers potential renewal and immediate start.

Qualifications

• 5-star hospitality background with guest relations or VIP service experience.
• Experience serving UHNW guests and knowledge of luxury expectations preferred.
• Excellent English, additional languages a plus (Russian noted).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Manage reservations for luxury hotel stays, restaurants and exclusive experiences.
• Proactively engage members and invite them to exclusive events, loyalty programmes and curated experiences.
• Maintain accurate member profiles with preferences and history.
• Provide personalised recommendations on hotel offerings and premium services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience with upgrades and tailored offerings.
• Handle enquiries and complex requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, room service, events and other departments.
• Gather member feedback and prepare regular service insights reports.
