Confidential is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious private residence in Dubai. This live-in role supports a high-net-worth family, requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and proactive problem-solving to maintain luxury standards.

You will manage household staff, coordinate vendors, budgets, and events, ensure confidentiality, and uphold service excellence across all areas of the property.

Qualifications

• Experience as a House Manager or Estate Manager for UHNW families.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the private residence to uphold luxury standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise house staff including cleaners, chefs, drivers, and maintenance.
• Create staff schedules and monitor performance for efficiency.
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance, renovations, and liaise with contractors.
• Organise inventories and ensure impeccable property upkeep.
• Coordinate family schedules and household logistics.
• Assist with planning private events and functions at the residence.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Implement and enforce household procedures and service standards.
• Liaise with family offices, PAs, and other stakeholders.
