Job summary

GAC Group in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to manage logistics documentation, coordinate inter-departmental flow, and deliver high-quality customer service. You will schedule imports/exports, process customs, and track shipments while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree (logistics/shipping preferred), have strong English, and eager to learn new software. UAE driving license preferred; Free Zone logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a university degree; diploma in logistics or shipping preferred.
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
• Experience in a Free Zone-based logistics or shipping company is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and adept at learning new software.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments based on customer needs and priorities.
• Process principal orders through the company's system.
• Prepare export and import customs documentation in line with applicable customs regulations.
• Coordinate daily schedules with operations teams and share transport requirements on time.
• Track shipments until they reach their destination.
• Escalate complaints and service-related issues promptly.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and help ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records so required information is available when needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
