Job summary

GAC Sharjah is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Hamriyah Free zone and Sharjah. The role manages air/sea/land import & export activities, forwarding, and warehousing, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time cargo movement.

The candidate should have a university degree, strong MS Office skills (Excel), knowledge of local customs/port clearance, and 3+ years’ UAE experience in a similar role.

The Logistics Coordinator – General Logistics organises complete handling of air/sea/land import & export products, as well as clearing & forwarding and warehousing, effectively and professionally. Once a commercial agreement is reached, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible to ensure that all documentation is complete and correct, cargo moves at the scheduled time, and all key stakeholders are kept updated.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate, University degree.


• Compute knowledge: Proficient with MS Office package, especially Excel and willing and able to learn new software quickly.


• Professional skill: Knowledge in local customs / port clearance rules and regulations


• Experience: 3+ years’ experiences in a similar industry, ideally within UAE.
