Job summary

GAC Sharjah is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Hamriyah Free zone and Sharjah. The role manages air/sea/land import & export activities, forwarding, and warehousing, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time cargo movement.

The candidate should have a university degree, strong MS Office skills (Excel), knowledge of local customs/port clearance, and 3+ years’ UAE experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Graduate with university degree.
• Proficient with MS Office package, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of local customs / port clearance rules and regulations.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar industry, ideally within UAE.

Responsibilities

• Organises complete handling of air/sea/land import & export products, as well as clearing & forwarding and warehousing.
• Ensures all documentation is complete and correct and cargo moves at the scheduled time.
• Keeps all key stakeholders updated throughout the process.
