Job summary

OneCorp Legal Consultancy Services in Dubai seeks a Legal Consultant to provide end-to-end legal advisory across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and support client relations.

The role requires strong drafting, analytical, and research abilities, with excellent English communication and familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Hybrid client exposure and governance advisory are key components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Law required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and corporate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal advisory on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Advise on company formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance (CIT, ESR, UBO, AML).
• Draft wills and advise on succession planning (ADJD/DIFC).
• Coordinate with clients, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, memos, and advisory notes.
