Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Dubai is seeking a hands-on operations professional to oversee merchant pickups, last-mile deliveries, and field logistics across the city. You will coordinate routes, train staff, ensure package accuracy, handle delivery issues, and maintain daily reports and KPIs.

Candidates should have a UAE driving licence and 5+ years in logistics, with B2B delivery experience and proficiency with handheld scanners and delivery apps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAE experience in logistics, warehouse, courier, or delivery operations.
• Experience in B2B deliveries to shops, trade counters, offices, or commercial sites.
• Valid UAE light vehicle driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Dubai mainland and industrial areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchant pickups and verify order accuracy, product condition, packing, and labelling.
• Manage delivery routes, driver/helper coordination, and vehicle readiness.
• Train merchant staff, drivers, and helpers on operational standards.
• Obtain signed proof of delivery and resolve delivery failures, returns, and customer issues.
• Maintain daily delivery reports, exception logs, vehicle records, and operational KPIs.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to pickup schedules, delivery routes, and service quality.
