Job summary

Growhub in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for residential and commercial landscaping projects. You will engage clients, translate visions into strong proposals and cultivate lasting relationships, while collaborating with the founders and shaping the division's growth.

You will manage leads from campaigns, visit sites, work with architects, and coordinate with estimators to deliver accurate quotations. This role offers autonomy and direct impact on growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the landscaping industry.
• Established network of clients and industry contacts in the UAE landscaping market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Sound understanding of landscaping scope and typical project costs.
• Proven record of closing residential and/or commercial landscaping projects.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with high-value clients.
• Well organised, with working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Based in Dubai and available to join at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns and referrals, ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Generate new business through your own network of clients, developers, consultants and industry contacts.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and capture a clear project brief.
• Work with our architects to convert the client brief into a compelling design proposal.
• Collaborate with our estimators to prepare accurate quotations covering softscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting and maintenance.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms and close projects.
• Develop relationships with property managers, interior designers, external architects, contractors and villa communities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Growhub's plant supply and maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, quotations and outcomes in the CRM.
• Act as the client's main point of contact through handover and project delivery.
• Provide weekly reporting on pipeline, conversion and forecasts.
