Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• Experience as IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document and track issues, resolutions, and processes using the company’s ticketing system.
• Conduct regular system audits and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement technology solutions and improvements.
• Provide training and support to end‑users to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
