Job summary

Kazamer Tax Consultant in Dubai is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our technology team. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices while providing reliable on-site and remote support to keep business operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or CS and 2–5 years of IT support experience, with strong Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, TCP/IP, and security basics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and printer management.
• Familiarity with cloud services and cybersecurity practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems through on-site and remote support.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and system performance.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform software installations, updates, antivirus management, and regular system maintenance.
• Conduct data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
