Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Dubai technology team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring uninterrupted business operations for a dynamic logistics environment.

You’ll install, configure, and support desktops, networks, and security, while coordinating with vendors and safeguarding data. Candidates typically hold a IT-related degree with 2–5 years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and printer management.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems through on-site and remote assistance.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi‑Fi connectivity, and internet services.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and system access permissions.
• Install software updates, antivirus solutions, and security patches regularly.
• Perform system backups and assist with disaster recovery and data protection procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and software licensing.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection practices.
