Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT; MBA preferred.
• Proven B2B sales experience in IT services or digital transformation.
• Strong UAE/Dubai IT market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target industries, potential clients, and trends in the UAE/Dubai IT market.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities.
• Identify and qualify prospects through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and strategic fit.
• Engage with C-level executives and IT leaders to understand challenges and requirements.
• Present and position IT services by demonstrating ROI and business value.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, lead negotiations, and close opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Work with delivery and leadership teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts and revenue.
