Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant – IT Services in Dubai. You will drive new business opportunities across the UAE, expand the client base, and promote our IT services portfolio, while building lasting relationships and achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, a consultative approach, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B sales of IT services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of UAE/Dubai IT market and customer landscape.
• Excellent prospecting, networking, relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• CRM usage and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and promote IT services portfolio across UAE.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Engage with C-level executives and IT leaders to understand needs and ROI.
• Develop customized proposals and lead commercial negotiations through to closure.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
