Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a driven Business Development Executive/Manager to expand staffing solutions for corporate clients, event management, hospitality, and related sectors.

You will generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and market research; build long-term relationships; negotiate terms; and drive revenue growth while coordinating with recruitment and operations to ensure timely manpower deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of B2B sales experience in staffing, recruitment, manpower outsourcing, or event staffing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients requiring staffing and manpower solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event management companies, hospitality businesses, and other potential customers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely manpower deployment.
• Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
