Job summary
Staff Connect IT Consultants seeks an experienced IT Systems & Support Engineer to sustain daily technology operations for a professional services firm in Abu Dhabi. This hands-on role focuses on delivering reliable Microsoft 365 services, cloud management, and security, while collaborating with lawyers, business teams, and vendors.
You will manage onboarding, licensing, endpoints, and iManage/other business apps, monitor backups and network health, and contribute to automation and AI
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server.
- Experience with cloud-based environments and security technologies.
- Good networking, firewalls, VPNs, and infrastructure support.
- Experience with iManage or document management systems is highly desirable.
- Exposure to automation and AI technologies is advantageous.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line hardware, software, and device support.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain user devices and endpoint security.
- Onboard/offboard users, manage access and licensing.
- Monitor system performance, backups, alerts, and service availability.
- Assist with security, automation, and AI-driven improvements.
