Job summary

Eeternal Developments seeks an experienced IT Manager to establish and operate the complete IT infrastructure for its new Dubai office. You will be hands-on, ensuring reliable hardware, software, connectivity, cybersecurity and user support in a professional environment.

Dubai experience is essential. You will manage ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) while maintaining data security and business continuity for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of IT management/infrastructure experience, UAE preferred.
• Experience setting up and managing IT infrastructure in an office environment.
• Strong networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity and backup knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and CAD/BIM design software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and maintain IT infrastructure for the Dubai office.
• Oversee computers, servers, networking gear, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners and other hardware.
• Manage office network, internet, switches, routers, firewalls and security.
• Set up email, user accounts, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and business apps.
• Manage ERP and business management software deployments.
• Support CAD/BIM/design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe CC.
